...Minor to Moderate Flooding Will Continue Along the Congaree...

...Minor Flooding of River Bottomland Will Occur Along the
Wateree and Pee Dee Rivers...

...Moderate Levels With Fluctuating or Falling Stages are Expected
on Other Area Rivers...

With the departure of low pressure to the northeast, generally dry
weather is expected through Thursday morning. Another quick-moving
low pressure system will cross the forecast area late Thursday
afternoon and evening. Additional rainfall amounts of less than
one-half inch are expected.

Abundant water from upstate will continue to flow into the Congaree,
Wateree and Pee Dee basins through the end of the week. Therefore,
minor to moderate main stem flooding will continue on the Congaree
River, with minor flooding of river bottomland continuing on the
Wateree and Pee Dee Rivers. Elsewhere, minor fluctuations or falls
are expected through Friday.
