Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

High pressure will slowly slide eastward from the Great Lakes
region through the weekend, delivering dry but cool conditions
for this time of year. Low pressure will track through the
southeastern United States Monday and up the Mid-Atlantic Coast
Tuesday into Wednesday. A soaking rain is expected, especially
Tuesday into Tuesday night.

A persistent upper-level trough may bring unsettled conditions
at times for the remainder of next week.
