tide to generate a moderate rip current threat along area beaches
today. The threat will be highest after 2:00 PM due to tidal
effects. Always swim within sight of a lifeguard and never swim
alone.

OUTLOOK FOR FRIDAY...Considerable cloudiness. A slight chance of
showers late in the afternoon and towards sunset. Breezy. Not as
warm. Highs in the mid 70s. Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of
rain 20 percent.
