Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 inch low stretching from Georgian Bay through
New York state will slowly shift north into southern Quebec
through Tuesday. A brief ridge of 30.0 inches will move over Lake
Superior Wednesday morning after which another low of 29.5 inches
will move out of the Rockies into the central Plains, passing
through the Great Lakes late on Wednesday. A 30.3 inch high will
then move over the western Great Lakes by late Thursday, building
to 30.5 inches over Lake Superior on Friday and remaining in place
through the upcoming weekend.
