Carolina...East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

...Strong to Severe Thunderstorms Possible Saturday Afternoon
and Evening...

An upper level storm system and associated frontal boundary will
move across the Tennessee Valley and southern Appalachians
late Saturday afternoon and evening. Gust southwesterly winds
Saturday will pull moisture and instability ahead of this system
with scattered storms expected to develop during the afternoon.
Some of these storms may become severe producing large hail and
strong damaging winds.


Spotter activation may be needed Saturday afternoon and evening.
