This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Southwest North
Carolina...East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast this
afternoon and evening. Some of these storms could be strong with
small hail and gusty winds. Brief heavy rainfall is also expected
with the strongest storms, therefore isolated flash flooding
cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Slow-moving showers and thunderstorms are expected again on
Friday. Heavy rainfall and flash flooding will be possible with
these storms. Strong wind gusts may also occur with a few of the
strongest storms.

Spotter activation may be needed today and Friday.
