Wave heights on the Tanapag buoy have diminished by 2 feet in the
past 24 hours. This means very few if any waves will be able to
create 9 foot surf when breaking on the shore, so the high surf
advisory and high risk of rip currents are both being allowed to
expire at 4 AM.
