...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL UNION COUNTY
THROUGH 515 PM MDT...

At 440 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Clayton, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Clayton and Seneca.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for
northeastern New Mexico.
