...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY
MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the western and southern
Adirondacks, western Mohawk Valley and Schoharie Valley of east
central New York, and the southern Green Mountains of Vermont.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Also, strong west to northwest winds will be possible Friday night
into Saturday. If confidence increases for frequent wind gusts in
excess of 45 mph, then a wind advisory will be needed.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the northern Berkshires of
western Massachusetts, and the central and eastern Mohawk Valley,
Helderbergs, eastern Catskills and northern Taconics of east central
New York

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Rain is expected to change to wet snow tonight. Some snow
accumulation will be possible, making for slippery travel conditions.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

A moderate snowfall is possible Friday through Friday night. If
confidence increases, A Winter Weather Advisory would be issued.

Also, strong west to northwest winds will be possible Friday night
into Saturday. If confidence increases for frequent wind gusts in
excess of 45 mph, then a wind advisory will be needed.

Saratoga region, Capital District, mid Hudson Valley, central and
southern Taconics of east central New York, and extreme southeast
Vermont.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.
