This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, east central New York, eastern New York and
southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Pockets of light snow, sleet and freezing rain are possible across
the southern Adirondacks, Lake George area and southern Vermont this
evening. A light glaze of ice could lead to slippery conditions on
any untreated surfaces.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

With milder temperatures and some rainfall expected, river ice may
break up and or move on Friday into the weekend. There will be a
localized threat for ice jam flooding on area rivers.
