At 630 AM CDT, patchy fog was reported across portions of central into Northern North Dakota, from Mandan to Glen Ullen in the central, to Jamestown, Rugby and Harvey in the east central, and Stanly and Tioga in the northwest. Currently, the fog is scattered, but visibilities will locally vary from good to near zero at times. Use low beam headlights and be especially careful at intersections and railroad crossings.
