Decreasing clouds becoming mostly sunny by late afternoon.
Southwest winds this morning become West/West-Northwest in the
afternoon at 10-15 mph with a few gusts 18-20 mph. Smoke
dispsersal will be poor this morning, improving into the early
afternoon and very good by mid/late afternoon.

Cloudier, but warmer on Thursday. Southerly winds in the
afternoon at 6-12 mph. A few gusts possible in the late afternoon
up to 20 mph. Smoke dispersal will be fair to good in the
afternoon.

                    sunny until 1500, then partly cloudy until
