.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Dry and seasonably mild conditions continue tomorrow and Wednesday
as a surface high builds across the waters. Winds will vary in
direction across the waters but generally from the W/SW gusting to
25kt this afternoon and evening; lighter winds on Tuesday. Weak low
pressure system could bring light could bring more light rain
towards the end of the week.
