Intensifying low pressure moves from the southern NJ coast this evening to near Block Island around midnight to off the Maine coast early Sat. This system will bring a period of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and east gales overnight. Behind the low a period of west gales are possible Sat afternoon and evening. High pressure builds into the region Sunday and Monday. Another coastal Gale is possible Tuesday however this low may track inland.
