.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
A cold front will sweep across the waters this evening followed by
gusty northwest winds. High presume builds across the waters on
Thursday. A wave of low pres lifts NE over southern New England
on Fri bringing snow changing to rain, then is followed by dry
high pres Fri night and Sat. A more potent low pres area will
impact the waters Sat night and Sun.
