.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Arctic air and breezy NW winds will continue to diminish this
overnight as high pressure slides east of the waters. An area of
low pressure tracks across the Great Lakes on Wednesday with a
soaking rain and gale force South winds. Arctic high pressure
follows for Friday into Saturday.
