.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Remnants of Florence will sweep across the waters Tuesday into
Tuesday night. Near gale force winds possible surrounding the
passage of the system. Thereafter an ebb and flow pattern with
cooler conditions and northerly winds associated with high pressure
Wednesday and Thursday being followed by a return of more seasonable
weather and southerly winds with the potential for  showers Friday
before potentially turning back cooler again over  the weekend.
