A potent low pres will impact the waters today. As this storm
pulls away, arctic air will spread across the waters tonight
through Mon night on gusty NW gales, resulting in areas of
freezing spray. High pres builds over the waters Tue, then moves
off the Mid Atlantic coast Wed. Low pres will move E across nrn
New England Wed, and be trailed by another low pres lifting NE
over srn New England Thu.
