.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pressure builds over New England through Monday. A storm
tracks well south of the waters tonight and may bring widely
scattered snow showers to the southern waters. Cold air drawn  south
over the Gulf of Maine may bring ocean effect snow showers  to
Plymouth County this evening through Monday. High pressure
reasserts itself across the waters early next week.
