.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pressure over the waters will shift east overnight and
Tuesday. Low pressure will move up the eastern seaboard Tuesday
night and Wednesday bringing fog and showers, then crossing the
waters by Thursday morning. Another storm will be moving up along
the coast Friday night. High pressure will begin to build in from
the west Saturday and Sunday.
