.DISCUSSION...
Winds generally out of the east and may shift slightly
southeasterly over the next couple hours as the sea breeze moves
in but will shift back to easterly overnight and remain between 5
to 10 mph. Relative humidity remains below 40 percent currently
but is continuing to recover with sunset and moisture increasing
in the low levels. Rain chances will increase tomorrow with
widespread rain likely by early afternoon, becoming heavy at
times.
