.DISCUSSION...Sunny and dry conditions will prevail today.  Although
the pressure gradient will begin to weaken today, winds will still be
gusty once the morning inversion breaks, lasting through the afternoon.
Surface winds will be westerly, while transport winds turn more
northwesterly today.  RH values will drop below 30 percent shortly
before noon, with the MinRH reading forecast to drop to around 20
percent.  Inversion will be setting up towards 7 pm.  West/northwest
winds will still remain overnight with speeds dropping down to
around 5 mph through the night.  Fog is not expected tonight.
