1 to 2 inches of rain may lead to isolated incidents of minor
flooding particularly near small streams and in low-lying and poor
drainage areas.

Rain will transition to a wintry mix this afternoon and may result
in a few slick spots especially over higher elevations and on
bridges, overpasses, and secondary roads.
