...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR EASTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY UNTIL 600
PM MDT...

At 509 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Colton, or 8 miles southeast of Sidney, moving north
at 30 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Sidney, Lodgepole, Colton and Sunol.

This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 60 and
76.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

the Panhandle of Nebraska.
