...LOCALLY STRONG GUSTY WINDS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

* WHAT...West winds of 25 to 35 MPH with occasional gusts up to 55
  MPH.

* WHERE...Mainly the wind prone locations of southeast Wyoming,
  including the Arlington area and the Interstate 80 Summit.

* WHEN...Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...If traveling, please be aware of localized and brief
  strong wind gusts along Interstate 80 between Elk Mountain and
  Cheyenne. Extra caution may be needed if traveling light-weight
  high profile vehicles, including campers.
