This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Low relative humidity will lead to near-critical fire weather
conditions through early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A large winter storm will impact the Northland Sunday through
Tuesday, with heavy snow and strong winds. Travel conditions are
expected to become treacherous. The heaviest snowfall is likely
Sunday night into Monday morning before warmer air moves into the
region Monday afternoon to create a rain-snow mix in northwest
Wisconsin, while heavy snowfall continues for north-central
Minnesota and into the Arrowhead. A Winter Storm Watch has been
issued.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Waves larger than 4 feet along with northwest wind gusts to 25
knots will affect the Outer Apostles tonight. A short Small Craft
Advisory is in effect for this period.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Strong easterly winds will develop as a large winter storm moves
through the region from Sunday into Tuesday. Gale force northeast
winds are possible Sunday and Monday. A Gale Watch is in effect.
