...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Georgia...

  Coahulla Creek at Keiths Mill Road near Dalton affecting
  Whitfield County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding will continue.

* WHERE...Coahulla Creek at Keiths Mill Road near Dalton.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16 feet, Minor flooding begins. Pasture and fields
  upstream...right and left bank from the Keiths Mill Road bridge...
  and downstream on the left bank begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 16.3 feet and falling.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:45 PM EDT Friday was 18.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 14 feet just
    after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 16 feet.
