A warm and mostly quiet day is ahead as highs peak in the upper 50s to low 60s. Looking at satellite imagery, cloud cover will continue to diminish this morning as a surface front pushes eastwards giving way to clearer conditions by this afternoon. This combined with increasing northwesterly winds with gusts up to 25 mph will help improve smoke dispersal rates across southwestern MN.
