* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected.

* WHERE...Greeley, Merrick, Nance, Valley, and Polk Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
