* At 747 PM MDT/847 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along
  a line extending from Rexford to 5 miles west of Winona to 8 miles
  southwest of Weskan, moving south at 35 mph.  At 835 CDT, a 60 MPH
  wind gust was reported in Colby.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
