the morning. Mostly cloudy in the morning, then mostly sunny with
isolated showers in the afternoon. Much warmer with highs in the
lower 70s. Chance of rain 20 percent. Thunderstorms are not forecast

According to the USCG, when the water temperature is below 50 degrees,
the chance of immediate incapacitation due to cold shock is extremely
