...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Bernard River near Sweeny affecting Brazoria County.

...Observed flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Bernard River near Boling affecting Fort Bend, Wharton and
  Brazoria Counties.

For the San Bernard River...including Sweeny, Boling...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...San Bernard River near Sweeny.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Water is over the mid level walkway at the
  Phillips Terminal near Sweeny.
  At 10.0 feet, Water begins spilling into the left floodplain.
  Water is over the mid level walkway at the Phillips Terminal near
  Sweeny.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 8.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Friday was 8.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 9.6 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning to 2.1 feet
    early Monday afternoon. It will rise to 2.6 feet early
    Wednesday morning. It will then fall again and remain below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.7 feet on 12/09/2018.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...San Bernard River near Boling.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins upstream
  from the gage with significant backwater flooding up Peach Creek
  in Wharton County inundating low lying areas. Minor backwater
  flooding up Snake Creek in Fort Bend County begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 22.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Friday was 22.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tonight and continue falling to 14.5 feet Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    22.0 feet on 03/14/2015.
