Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Texas
National Weather Service Houston/Galveston TX
255 PM CDT Mon Mar 25 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Winds have started to shift to the northwest behind the departing
line of showers, and will shift further to the north overnight
as a cold front moves through the area. This will result in a
surge of cooler and drier air, with minimum RH values dropping into
the upper 30s to 40s by tomorrow afternoon. Gradually increasing
temperatures and moisture levels are expected through the remainder
of the week with southeast winds returning on Thursday.
