.DISCUSSION...
Low clouds mixed with patchy fog is expected again early this
morning. As clouds lift and scatter, warm and humid conditions are
expected this afternoon. Temperatures are forecast to rise to be
around 90 degrees away from the Gulf, and the middle 80s on the
water. Continued onshore winds will keep humidity in place, with
afternoon RH values in the 55 to 60 percent range inland, and 60
to 70 percent near the coast. Rain chances will be very low to nil
today and tomorrow, but any isolated storms that are able to get
going will have the potential to become strong to severe.
