...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ELK AND
NORTHWESTERN WILSON COUNTIES THROUGH 900 AM CDT...

At 828 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Fredonia, moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fredonia, Buffalo, Benedict, New Albany, Coyville, and Buxton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
