.DISCUSSION...
Latest guidance slows down the arrival of rainfall across the
state today until the late morning to afternoon hours for North
Central Indiana and late afternoon to evening hours for areas
further south. Due to greater surface heating and low level
mixing, expect drier and breezy conditions today, especially along
and south of the I-70 corridor. Winds may gust upwards of 20-30
kts with Min RH values falling below 30 percent in South Central
Indiana. Rain moving in should limit overall fire weather concerns.
Fire weather concerns remain low through the week with additional
rain and thunderstorm chances returning Friday through the
weekend.
