Survey Summary:
A tornado briefly touched down near the intersection of Ryan
Street and 17th Street, causing extensive damage to the Library
Riot Bar. The tornado caused partial roof loss to an outbuilding
between Deaton Street and Doolan Lane before dissipating.
Widespread tree damage was noted farther east, but this was
caused by straight line winds.
