For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough averaging 30.20 inches will remain across
the eastern Great Lakes through Wednesday as low pressure 29.70
inches tracks across New England. High pressure 30.40 inches will
build slowly east over the lakes Wednesday night through Friday,
before moving north into Quebec. Low pressure tracking north up
the east coast will deepen to 29.50 inches as it reaches New York
Saturday night. Low pressure 29.70 inches will move from the
Dakota`s to the lower Ohio Valley Sunday.
