Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure 30.50 inches centered over the central
Appalachians tonight will move off the mid Atlantic Coast tomorrow.
Low pressure 29.40 inches will move across Canada on Friday and
Saturday and extend a cold front across Lake Erie on Saturday.
High pressure 30.30 inches will build in from the west for Sunday
then move to the Carolina Coast on Monday.
