For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Large area of high pressure will extend into the
lower Ohio Valley from the central Plains tonight and Tuesday as
low pressure 29.50 inches moves east across Ontario. The low will
drag a cold front across the lake Tuesday night. The high 30.50
inches will pass across the lower Ohio Valley Wednesday night and
Thursday. Friday the high will move off the Mid Atlantic coast as
low pressure 29.30 inches moves east across James Bay. A cold
front associated with the James Bay low will drag a cold front
across Lake Erie early Saturday.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west.
