For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure 29.70 inches over central Illinois will
track northeast across the central Great Lakes today, deepen to
29.50 inches, and take a cold front east across Lake Erie this
afternoon and evening. Low pressure 29.60 inches will track east-
southeast across the northern Lakes Thursday night forcing a cold
front east across the lake. A ridge averaging 30.20 inches will
build east across Ohio on Friday while a trough remains across the
Great Lakes. Low pressure 29.90 inches will track northeast across
the eastern Lakes Saturday and on Sunday an narrow wedge of high
pressure averaging 30.20 inches will build across the lakes.

.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots. Waves 1 foot or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of snow
showers. Waves 1 foot or less.
.FRIDAY...West winds 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. A chance of snow showers Friday night. Waves 1 foot or
less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 foot or less.
