For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure 30.10 inches over Virginia will drift
southward this afternoon as a cold front moves into the central
Great Lakes. This front will move south across the lake Monday
Night and stall over central Ohio. Low pressure 29.80 inches will
move across northern Ohio on Wednesday. High pressure 30.10 inches
will move back into the central Great Lakes by Thursday morning
then move to the eastern lakes on Friday.
