For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.10 inches over the Ohio Valley
will sink south on Monday as a cold front approaches from the
north. This front will sink south across the lake Monday Night.
High pressure of 30.10 inches located north of the lakes on
Wednesday will build to the eastern Great Lakes on Thursday.
