For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure averaging 29.80 inches across eastern
Pennsylvania and New York with a trough extending west to Lake
Erie will drift east late Tuesday. High pressure 29.90 inches
will extend north from the Ohio Valley for Tuesday night into
Wednesday. Low pressure 29.80 inches will track from Missouri
Wednesday to Ontario Canada by Friday. This will take a warm front
across Lake Erie Thursday and a cold front across late Thursday
night. High pressure 29.90 inches will build across the Great
Lakes for Saturday.
