For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move south across the lake overnight
and stall over central Ohio on Tuesday. Low pressure 29.80 inches
will move west to east across Ohio on Wednesday. High pressure
30.10 inches will move back into the Upper Lakes by Thursday
morning then move to the eastern lakes on Friday.
