For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure 30.50 inches located over the lower Ohio
Valley will move easts through the night. Low pressure 29.80
inches will track from northern Ontario to New England forcing a
cold front across Lake Erie early Tuesday. High pressure 30.40
inches will build slowly southeast over the lake Wednesday into
Thursday.
