For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure 30.10 inches will remain across the
east coast into Monday and will extend westward across the
eastern Great Lakes. Low pressure averaging 29.50 inches will
track from the northern Plains to eastern Canada and take a cold
front south across Lake Erie late Monday night or early Tuesday.
High pressure 30.10 inches will begin to build across the central
Great Lakes for Wednesday.
