1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Conditions will continue to dry out and stay breezy this afternoon
before rain moves in overnight tonight. A late season winter storm
is forecasted to wrap up over the mid Mississippi Valley and Great
Lakes region this weekend. While not particularly strong at 29.40
inches, strong high pressure centered near James Bay will create a
tight pressure gradient and expansive wind field across the region.
