FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.5 inches over Northwest Missouri
will track slowly to the middle Mississippi River Valley this
morning, and then lift across the Eastern Great Lakes Monday
reaching Southern Quebec Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, high pressure
of 30.8 inches centered over Northern Ontario will gradually
reach northern Quebec Sunday afternoon. A ridge of high pressure
averaging 30.4 inches will build into the Northern and Central
Plains Saturday night and Sunday, then spread to the Middle and
Upper Mississippi Valley Monday night into Tuesday.
