FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.5 inches over the eastern Great
Lakes will ever so slowly drift to southern Quebec by early
Tuesday Night into Wednesday. Meanwhile, stout high pressure of
30.7 inches centered over Northern Quebec will also gradually move
north. A weak ridge of high pressure averaging 30.1 inches over
the Plains will spread across the Western Great Lakes by Tuesday
night. Low pressure of 29.3 inches will track from the southern
Plains Tuesday evening to the southern tip of Lake Michigan by
Wednesday afternoon.

force gusts to 35 kt. Chance of snow showers this evening, then
scattered snow showers overnight. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to
12 ft.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt.
Chance of snow showers, mainly in the morning. Waves 6 to 9 ft
occasionally to 12 ft subsiding to 3 to 5 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 kt diminishing to 10 to
15 kt after midnight, and then becoming north late. Waves
subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt. Chance of snow in the
afternoon. Waves building to 3 to 5 ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 20 to 25 kt becoming north to
30 kt. Rain and snow likely. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9
ft.
.THURSDAY...North winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt.
Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 kt diminishing to 10 to

11 ft occasionally to 14 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft occasionally
to 8 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 kt veering to northeast
10 to 20 kt. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast. Chance of
a wintry mix in the morning, then rain and snow likely in the
afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 ft.
