.DISCUSSION...

Winds will continue to gust out of the WSW to 20 to 25 mph for
the remainder of the afternoon before subsiding to below 10 mph
this evening. RHs this afternoon sit in the mid 40s to lower 50%
range. Tomorrow will see highs ranging from the mid 40s near the
IL/WI state line to the lower and middle 50s south of I-80.
Westerly winds during the morning will turn northwesterly in the
afternoon and gust to around 20 to 25 mph. Dewpoints in the 20s
will yield midday RH values in the lower 30s to near 40%.
